DEFINITIONS
The following Terms and Conditions use the following words: “We,” “Us,” or “Our”
refer to Web App Masters, its staff, and any affiliates. “You” refers to the client or
individual accountable for any products or services obtained from Web App
Masters.
GENERAL
Web App Masters will not accept any harassment of its staff by customers or
third parties and has the right to terminate a contract without a refund in the case
of unreasonable or inappropriate behavior. This covers threatening behavior and
abuse towards our staff. Let’s keep it civil.
WEB DESIGN
Web App Masters may revise and update an original quote to a client where
necessary.
All content submitted by the client for a website to be designed should be in
electronic form. This is both text and pictures. We’re not being picky; it just
makes things go faster!
Web App Masters cannot be held responsible for any copyright violations on
pictures we are supplied by a client. Ensure the images you send to us are your
own and don’t belong to anyone else.
Where photographs employed on the website have been bought by Web App
Masters for the client, we are not responsible for misusing these photographs by
the client or any other individuals who try to replicate, modify, or share the
photographs with individuals or organizations.
We cannot be liable for any cause of whatever is seen to negatively impact your
business performance, i.e., sales or profitability, allegedly being the direct effect
of Web App Masters’ service.
Payment of a second installment (see point 5) is an undertaking that you are
satisfied with the design of your website. Any additional changes to the design
will cost.
HOSTING
While Web App Masters provides website hosting, no assurance can be provided
for the availability or disruption of this service. We cannot hold ourselves liable
for losses arising due to the unavailability, breakdown, or disruption of this
service.
You will be charged 14 days in advance of the date when the renewal of your
hosting becomes due. If payment is received after the renewal date, you could be
charged.
You can move your site to another host at any time. If you want us to move the
site to another host, we will have to factor in our time in doing so, which is
chargeable.
DOMAIN NAMES
Even though domain names shall be registered by Web App Masters, the client
remains the legal proprietor of the domain, and if so desired, the domain name
can be directed elsewhere. The client shall cover all expenses that go into the
domain transfer.
PAYMENT
In case the overall amount of our work is under £800.00, we request 50% of the
overall fee upfront before commencing work. The other 50% will be due on
completion.
If our overall cost is over £800.00, we require 33% to start work, 33% on a
mutually agreed milestone, and the final 34% on completion. This payment is
non-refundable and is utilized to secure the work.
When purchasing the second installment for projects worth more than £800.00,
you have approved all the design work on your site. Any design alterations once
the second installment has been paid may carry an additional fee.
We need payment for the second installment before proceeding with the next
stage of your project.
Unless we get appropriate feedback within 4 weeks of giving the design, we can
invoice for work till then.
When you pay the final amount, you are sealing your project and confirming that
the job has been done. Any changes made after the final payment will have to be
quoted accordingly.
It’s not until you have paid the last payment that you completely own the site.
If there has been more work done at any stage of a project, we ask for payment
in full if the site is being moved to your own personal hosting account.
SEO work should be prepaid in full before starting work.
If payment through PayPal is being made, an additional 5% of the total invoice
must be included to pay for charges.
All accounts should be settled within 7 days from the date of invoice. If you do
not settle, you could be charged or have your service disrupted.
Any timeframes that we and you agree on are not to contain time spent waiting for payment or required files in order to resume work.

PRICES
The charges on our site are listed as a rough estimate of our charges. All work must be
quoted after we have received your complete specifications.
